About InstituteVitold Bakhir Electrochemical Systems and Technologies Institute joins efforts of specialists and experts in the field of production and practical use of metastable synthesized at places from water and water solutions in special technical electrochemical systems based on module, compact, flow-through diaphragm electrochemical reactors – MB elements (Bakhir modules). The Institute provides with the authors control, qualified scientific and technical direction and coordination of work on development and wide practical application of electrochemical technologies and systems integrated in carious technological processes in industry, agriculture, medicine and another fields of human activities. Vitold Bakhir electrochemical systems and technologies are represented by about five hundred inventions confirmed by USSR certificates of authorship, protected by Russian and foreign patents and by a number of engineering and technology secrets. All the above inventions are concerned with scientific and technical direction founded by V.M. Bakhir and named as electrochemical activation (ECA). The main principle of electrochemical activation is use of metastable substances in technological processes, which allows to reduce reagent concentration in technological solutions dozens of times and to provide with reagentless directed modification of physicochemical properties of water and aqueous solutions. Electrochemical activation, just as any physicochemical technology, uses nanoobjects which are represented by long-lived hydrated hydrated-ion complexes of metastable high-reactivity compounds in electrochemically activated solutions and water. Vitold Bakhir Electrochemical Systems and Technologies Institute is the only organization in the world, which legally uses intellectual property rights of group of scientists and specialists for development and production of new technical electrochemical systems and technologies using electrochemically activated solutions and water guaranteeing ecologically clean the present and the future of humanity.
