On Author's Qualification Certificate of the Vitold Bakhir Institute of Electrochemical Systems and Technologies
- Author's Qualification Certificate of the Vitold Bakhir Institute of Electrochemical Systems and Technologies is a document confirming compliance of a specialist or a company with the authors' requirements to developing electrochemical technologies and engineering electrochemical systems based on RPE reactors composed of FEM modules, manufacture and operation of electrochemical systems for concrete purposes.
- Decision to issue an Author's Qualification Certificate to individuals or companies listed in the Register of the Vitold Bakhir Institute is made by the Institute's Scientific and Technical Council (STC) based on the results of examinations taken by specialists after having had a course of training and having paid for it.
- Holders of Author's Qualification Certificate (both individuals and companies) are entitled to:
- receiving special and confidential research and technical information from the Author;
- receiving the Author's consultative assistance in the area of development, manufacture, installation, adjustment, operation and maintenance of electrochemical equipment, as well as patent protection of new engineering solutions;
- receiving consultative assistance in the sphere of protection of business interests and response to unfair competition;
- A specialist (specialists) shall submit an application for training addressed to Vitold Bakhir, Chairman of the Institute's Scientific and Technical Council. Attached to the application shall be description and substantiation of desired subject of training (scope of interests), a personal data form and the specialist's (specialists') C.V.
- Training is paid for. In case of a positive STC decision about the specialist's (specialists') enrollment for training, the applicant(s) and the Institute shall conclude an Agreement on mutual liabilities and payments.
- The validity of the Author's Qualification Certificate shall be maintained by annual fees in the amount determined in the Agreement.
