Assistance perspectives rendered by Vitold Bakhir Institute to the companies included in the Register:

• Upgrading professional level of experts and heads of enterprises as well as coordinating their activities in terms of development and improvement of a new scientific-engineering school – electrochemical activation of water and aqueous solutions created by Professor V.M. Bakhir on the basis of discovered by him in 1972 phenomenon of anomalous alteration of physical and chemical properties of liquids subjected to unipolar electrochemical treatment;
• Training and retraining specialists and heads of enterprises in the area of electrochemical activation engineering and technology as well as experts in design of engineering electrochemical systems for electrochemical activation of water and solutions ( ECA ), specialists in technology of water purification by means of ECA and generation of electrochemically activated technological solutions for diverse purposes, specialists in manufacture, assemblage, adjustment and operation of electrochemical reactors and engineering electrochemical ECA systems, experts-technologists in various areas of application of electrochemically activated water and solutions;
• Joint solution of scientific, scientific-engineering, medical-engineering problems as well as of sanitation and epidemiological issues by way of original methods of applied electrochemistry; organizing and carrying out tests, registration and certification of home and foreign articles of electrochemical equipment;
• Establishing a consistent and mutually-coordinated economic policy of plants-manufacturers of electrochemical equipment, providing stability and legal protection of the established and coordinated economic policy;
• Arrangement of patent and licensing activity of the companies and organizations in the area of engineering and technology of electrochemical activation, providing legal protection of intellectual property rights;
• Working out normative documents for further approval by State authorities in the area of production and application of electrochemically activated solutions, engineering electrochemical systems for water purification and other electrochemical technologies associated with production and application of meta-stable products of electrolysis;
• Carrying out examination of projects concerned with electrochemical technologies and corresponding technical systems of water and aqueous solutions transformation;
• Informational and methodical backing of the companies' and organizations' activities in the area of science, engineering and technology of electrochemical activation as well as in the field of the application technologies of electrochemically activated water and aqueous solutions in various branches of industry, agriculture and medicine. Issuing methodical recommendations, reviews, instructions, reference materials;
• Assistance in working out and implementation of Federal, regional and branch programs on practical application and wide introduction of new electrochemical technologies;
• Carrying out research, experimental, engineering and project works on development and application of new electrochemical products and technologies;
• Organizing and performing preproduction of home and foreign manufacture of electrochemical equipment as well as preparation of documents for registration;
• Examination and coordination of normative documents for new electrochemical items;
• Organizing and carrying out work on provision of quality maintenance of electrochemical medical equipment and efficiency of its' application in medical-preventive establishments; providing information on the engineering level, quality and reliability of this equipment;
• Conducting technical operation inspection over use of electrochemical medical equipment in medical- preventive and othe r establishments ;
• Taking on work on implementation of patents in the field of new electrochemical equipment and technologies;
• Innovative activity, forming data base on new kinds of highly cost-effective electrochemical equipment, new technologies, patents, “Know-how” as well as its' manufacturing application and promotion in international markets;
• Rendering services on provision of normative documentation and consulting on preparation of documentation , training in carrying out testing, use, servicing and maintenance of the equipment;
• Establishment of internal and joint funds meant to serve the Institute's statutory activity;
• Assistance in upgrading business qualifications, professional skills of employees in the area of electrochemical activation engineering and technology; providing personnel probation on the basis of enterprises and organizations having appropriate scientific-technical potential in the area of electrochemical activation; rendering assistance in sending Russian specialists abroad for research effort, and recruiting foreign experts for work on development of electrochemical activation equipment and technologies;
• Taking steps on active promotion of first-hand experience in introduction of the new equipment, progressive technologies of it's application and training of medical and engineering specialists.
