The history of foundation and development of the scientific direction of Electrochemical Activation is fully connected with the scientific effort of Vitold M. Bakhir. Developed by him and under his direction flow-through electrochemical modular elements FEM-3 and FEM-7, STEL, AQUACHLOR , EMERALD and other kinds of equipment have made an outstanding contribution into the development of science and industries.
