Current R&D

  • Work on development of technology and technical instruments of milk deacidification and making new dairy produce.
  • Work on technology of reactivity increase of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, insecticides and pharmaceutical product.
  • Work on technology and technical instruments of water desalination by electrochemical method.
  • Work on deep electrochemical processing of sea-water for sulphuric acid solution, hydrochloric acid soluiton, sodium hydroxide solution getting and valuable elements compounds sediment getting.
  • Work on technology of reagents electrochemical getting from sea-water for Crustacea shell deep processing with chitin getting.
  • Work on technology of gas outbursts cleaning using fresh water catholyte at ferroalloy works.
  • Work on electrochemical technology and technical instruments for associated gas cleaning of hydrogen sulphide at oil fields.

Completed R&D

  • Technology of invert glucose-fructose syrup making from sugar syrup with concentration of 1% to 75% .
  • Technology of beet washing and disinfection at sugar-refineries.
  • Technology and technical instruments of synthesis of peroxy carbonate washing disinfectant and sterilizing solution – Anolyte-PEROX. The solution is environmentally friendly, does not cause corrosion.
  • Technology and technical instruments of generation of Anolyte ANK with small mineralization (less than 1,5 g/l) with high specific content of oxidants (up to 700 mg/l). The solution is environmentally friendly, having low corrosive activity.
  • Technology of 1000-10000 times increase of antimicrobial activity of Anolyte ANK with high specific content of oxidants. The solution is environmentally friendly, does not cause corrosion, antimicrobial activity does not go down in mediums with high organic load.
  • Technology of rubber medical facilities cleaning from mechanical contamination and removal of it of water-soluble organic compounds.
  • Technology of ammonia removal out of nuclear power plants' waste water including liquid radioactive waste.
  • Technology of precious metals extraction from waste afterburning catalysts of vehicles exhaust.
