Regulations on Registration Certificate and Register of Vitold Bakhir Electrochemical Systems and Technologies Institute

Registration Certificate of the Vitold Bakhir Institute of Electrochemical Systems and Technologies is a document certifying that the company in question is the authors' partner in joint activity in the field of original electrochemical systems and technologies, and the individual in question is acknowledged by the authors as a specialist or expert.
Decision to issue Registration Certificate and record a company or an individual in the Register of the Vitold Bakhir Institute of Electrochemical Systems and Technologies shall be made by the Institute's Scientific and Technical Council.
The companies and individuals holding Registration Certificate and recorded in the Institute's Register are entitled to:
- receive the author's special and confidential scientific and technical information;

- receive the author's consultative assistance in installation, adjustment, operation and maintenance of electrochemical systems, as well as in patent protection of new engineering solutions;

- get consultative assistance in protection of business interests and response to unfair competition;
- be issued Author's Qualification Certificate after training in accordance with the programs covering theoretical, technical and technological aspects of electrochemical activation, principles of designing engineering electrochemical systems and development of technological flowcharts using electrochemically activated water and solutions, and specific features of practical application of electrochemically activated water and solutions in various spheres.
To obtain Registration Certificate of the Vitold Bakhir Institute of Electrochemical Systems and Technologies, a company or individual should file an application addressed to the Chairman of the Institute's Scientific and Technical Council. Attached to the application should be a booklet about the company's scope of activities or the applicant's CV, as well as other documents at the applicant's option characterizing his activities in the field of electrochemical systems and technologies.
Сompanies and individuals whose competence and professional knowledge are confirmed by a decision of the Institute's Scientific and Technical Council shall be included in the Institute's Register.

The level of competence and professional knowledge shall be estimated upon the results of some (three - five) laboratory tests performed by an applicant using special electrochemical equipment provided by the Institute. After successful performance of tests a qualification status of an applicant shall be confirmed by the Scientific and Technical Council according to the scale of complexity of technical and technological tasks that such applicant can solve independently, representing the Institute and the original electrochemical systems and technologies developed by the Institute' steam.
Services of consideration of application of persons wishing to be registered in the Institute's Register, estimate of type and complexity level of tests, transfer of special electrochemical equipment that carries over to an applicant, examination and analysis of the laboratory tests' results are chargeable. The amount of payment shall be assessed by the Institute's Scientific and Technical Council. Maximum amount of payment shall not exceed 10 000 US dollars.
A company shall be recorded in the Register of the Vitold Bakhir Institute of Electrochemical Systems and Technologies after the Scientific and Technical Council makes a decision on a qualification status of an applicant and after such applicant pays initial registration fee equivalent to 10 000 US dollars.
To maintain their Registration Certificates valid, the companies and individuals included into the Register of the Vitold Bakhir Institute of Electrochemical Systems and Technologies shall pay an annual fee of 10 % of the initial registration fee.
