Falsification

Infringements of intellectual property rights (the article # 1225 of RF Civil Code) in the field of electrochemical activation can be subdivided into three types:

1. imitation of electrochemical devices and its realization to customers as it would be original devices;
2. falsification of original documents, i.e. methodic recommendations, instructions, certificates etc. by substitution of title page or changing of document content;
3. unfair borrowing in the field of technics and information by use of original technological schemes of electrochemical devices as well as reprint of original published materials or its fragments without references to authors.

In last years a number of unfair companies increased in times and is about many hundreds for the moment. Fighting with infringers by judicial legal recourse is ineffective by some reasons. If you care about your health, be careful to purchase only original electrochemical devices, check the quality of electrochemical devices with MB elements (must contain Bakhir Modules) as well as competence of companies selling these devices.
