STEL

STEL devices are used for producing of electrochemically activated detergent, antimicrobial, remedy and technological solutions – anolyte and catholyte with high functional activity and ecological purity. Each STEL device contains flow-through electrochemical diaphragm reactor of MB elements (till 2009 – FEM), hydraulic system for initial solution supply into the reactor and electrochemical synthesis products outlet from the reactor and power supply. Besides, STEL devices can have a system of automatic control of work parameters, automatic system of periodic rinse by acid solution and another features.

There are STEL devices of productivity from 10 to 500 l/h which produce electrochemically activated solutions of all types (acid and neutral anolyte, alkaline and neutral catholyte).

Level of its technical perfection is determined by ability of producing activated solutions with possibly lowest mineralization and possibly largest concentration of metastable active substances.

Today various types of STEL-10N-120-01 devices are well-known (basic model of 1996, patent RF № 2088539), used for anolyte ANK production from initial solution of sodium chloride.

STEL-10N-120-01 (model 20-P) STEL-10N-120-01 (model 120) STEL-10N-120-01 (model 1000) STEL-10N-120-01 (model 80)

STEL-ANK-PRO devices of second generation have been recently developed (model of 2008, patent RF № 2326054). These devices are used for synthesis of Anolyte ANK of new (second) generation with mineralization from 0,5 to 1,0 g/l, while STEL-10N-120-01 devices produce Anolyte ANK of first generation with mineralization from 3 to 5 g/l. Seeming reasonable distinction of mineralization of anolytes ANK of first and second generation provides decided superiority of functional and physical and chemical properties of Anolyte ANK of second generation to Anolyte ANK of first generation.

There is simple method to authenticate Anolyte ANK and its belonging to a generation. The method is based upon confrontation of oxidants concentration in Anolyte ANK (Cox) and total mineralization of Anolyte ANK, i.e. total concentration of solutes (Cs). If Cox : Cs ≥ 0,7, then this Anolyte ANK is produced by STEL-ANK-PRO device and belong to the secone generation. If 0,1 ≤ Cox : Cs ≤ 0,2, then this anolyte is produced by device of type STEL-10N-120-01 and belong to the first generation of Anolyte ANK. If Cox : Cs < 0,1 , then the solution cannot be electrochemically activated solution and is produced by forged device.

Above devices of STEL-10N-120-01 and STEL-ANK-PRO types are serially produced by company "Delfin Aqua" ltd.

STEL-ANK-PRO-M

In the Vitold Bakhir Institute new models of STEL-ANK-PRO devices are developed and produced as experimantal setups for producing of Anolyte ANK with active substances presented by mixture of oxide-chlorine and hydroperoxide oxidants as well as principally new STEL devices for synthesis of electrochemically activated solutions with such active substances as percarbonic, peracetic, perphosphoric acids in mixture with peroxide and hydroperoxide substances.

STEL-ANK-PRO-M devices are developed (patent RF № 2321681), which have compact dimensions, moderate productivity (20 and 40 l/h), are simple, precise, stable and handy for exploitation, they do not require adjustment of salt solution dosage system at continuous work.

STEL-PEROX-20

STEL-PEROX devices are developed and produced as pilot batch. STEL-PEROX are used for synthesis of electrochemically activated antimicrobial solution – Anolyte Perox, active substances of which are mixture of percarbonic acids and hydroperoxide substances, as well as detergent and extractive solution – catholyte K.

Thanks to work universality and absence of corrosive activity Anolyte Perox has wide perspectives in food and pharmaceutical industry as well as any other industries, where disinfection and washing of objects nonresistant to corrosion and aggressive chemicals are needed.

STEL-UNIVERSAL devices are developed and produced as pilot batch for synthesis of electrochemically activated solutions with such active substances as percarbonic, perphosphoric, peracetic acids and mixture of electrochemically activated metastable organic and nonorganic compounds with total mineralization of anolytes no more than 1 g/l, i.e. similar of fresh water mineralization. The most perspective fields of application of such solutions are food and pharmaceutical industry, public health service, veterinary, biochemical manufactures, transport, plant growing, poultry farming, fish industry and some others.

STEL-AK devices are developed and produced as pilot batch for production of electrochemically activated anolyte and catholyte from fresh drinking water («live» and «dead» water, application of which is described in many sources including book of authors Bakhir V.M. and Prilutsky V.I. – Electrochemically activated water: anomalous properties, mechanism of biological effect : - M., 1997).

Feature of original devices with reactors produced in accordance to RF patent №2350692 as compared with other devices at the market is in possibly largest level of deviation of physical and chemical parameters and properties of anolyte and catholyte from equilibrium value under minimal change of its chemistry, that is the basic factor which determines the effectiveness of electrochemically activated solutions application in biology and medicine.
